This team requires additional support to maintain optimal performance and ensure the expected service quality.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our CloudOps team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for IT infrastructure operation, including OS, database, DR, cloud billing, reservations, and cloud consumption optimization for Azure, back-end systems, and external sources.

  • You will work closely with developer engineering teams to provide infrastructure provisioning support
  • Solve complex cloud infrastructure and developer operations challenges
  • Enhance, monitor, and manage networking components to provide strong and reliable networking, firewalls, intrusion detection, and intrusion prevention tools
  • Monitor and administer backups for data resiliency to support disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans
  • Provide problem management for infrastructure-related incidents escalated from the customer experience team
  • Develop and maintain documentation and enhance knowledge management of client and internal systems and processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools
  • Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure concepts, preferably Azure
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and public cloud
  • Proven practical experience with Kubernetes administration and related PaaS AKS, EKS, and serverless computing
  • Experience with scalable networking technologies and web standards (e.g., REST APIs, web security mechanisms)
  • Experience with Powershell, Bash, and YAML scripting, along with a passion for automation
  • Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Jenkins)
  • Experience in system administration tasks in Windows, Linux, or Unix, with familiarity with standard IT security practices (e.g., encryption, certificates, key management, patch management)
