Technical Service Desk Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Mphasis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and reviewing Service Desk activities, ensuring compliance to standards like PCI, ISO, ISMS, BCMS, and facilitating audits by internal and external teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical troubleshooting, with experience in handling team members and customer escalation. A bachelor's degree in any field and ITIL certification are required. Proficiency in MS Office and contact center platforms is also essential.
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for root cause analysis, tracking, and reporting of escalations and SLA misses, as well as attending change meetings and analyzing potential impacts to Service Desk operations.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
