Mumbai Business Development Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting monthly targets by working closely with brands across focus categories and onboarding them onto our Cashback Points Program.
Your Responsibilities:
* Be the subject matter expert who understands client and business goals, analyzing and providing appropriate solutions
* Engage actively in upselling/cross-selling fresh opportunities to grow clients' investments on Paytm cashback points
* Work with the Sales & Campaign Ops team to manage business revenues and client goals
* Review campaigns and proactively identify/discuss critical inputs
* Conduct post-campaign analysis sessions with stakeholders to decide on future course of action
Requirements:
* 3-4 years of experience in solution selling, with at least 3 years focused towards client servicing
* Preference for individuals who have worked on rewards programs
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Graduation is compulsory; an MBA in marketing or sales would be an added advantage

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
