This exciting leadership role will entail:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of search and social media specialists, guiding them with mentorship and support. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve departmental and client goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships. Provide strategic recommendations, campaign updates, and insights to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of programmatic, search, and social campaigns, including setup, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Strategy Development: Create detailed search and social media plans aligned with business objectives and campaign briefs.
  • KPI Translation: Translate business KPIs into channel-specific KPIs.
  • Campaign Execution: Create and set up campaigns on time, within budget, and meeting target goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance using reporting and dashboards.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Collaboration: Work with Meta, Google, and Bing teams to troubleshoot performance-related issues.

You may be the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience managing campaigns across different demand-side platforms (DSPs), including DV360, Amazon, and TTD.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
