Area Sales Manager Role at Finolex Industries Ltd

We are seeking an accomplished Area Sales Manager to lead our Chandigarh office.

Candidates must possess a strong sales background, preferably with experience in technical sales of building material products such as pipes, fittings, paints, cement, tiles, and sanitary ware.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for assigned products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential customers, including government agencies, PSUs, builders, and MNCs.
  • Interact with prospective clients to understand their needs and coordinate offer preparation, quotations, and price negotiations.
  • Oversee, train, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth and secure project orders.
  • Analyze sales data, provide periodical forecasting, and monitor sales team performance.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 12-16 years of experience in retail sales and project sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building material industry.
  • Team management expertise.
  • Exceptional business communication skills, presentation abilities, and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Customer focus, initiative, result orientation, and understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
