Senior Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and scalability of our platforms.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, cloud computing, and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating scalable and highly available systems that meet the demanding requirements of accuracy, compliance, and availability for business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements through automation, process enhancements, and tooling investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Engineering: Design and implement scalable and highly available platforms that meet service level agreements (SLAs), service level objectives (SLOs), and service level indicators (SLIs).
  • Automation and Tooling: Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging capabilities to ensure operational visibility and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and finance/accounting teams to ensure operational needs are met from development through production.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, ideally supporting financial or mission-critical applications.
  • Skills: Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools and CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools.
