Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in the region.

About Us

Archroma is a leading company in the chemicals and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise between the region business team and global marketing to ensure relevant messages are adapted for the region.
  • Determine research needs to inform decision-making in market positioning and go-to-market plans for the region.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop an annual marketing plan and calendar aligned with PT and region growth strategy.
  • Support and develop thought leadership strategies that establish Archroma as a credible leader in the industry.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years marketing experience with at least 5 years leading marketing teams or commensurate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline, MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing preferably within the chemicals or packaging industry.
  • Experience launching new products and driving demand via integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Digital marketing and demand generation experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, an MBA is preferred.

Location
