We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role focuses on engaging with student leads, providing guidance on our courses, and driving enrollments while ensuring a seamless experience for prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to student leads via various communication channels.
  • They will engage and nurture leads, understanding their educational needs and career goals.
  • Maintaining accurate lead data and follow-up activities in the CRM system is essential.
Student Guidance
  • The Sales Executive will recommend suitable courses to potential students based on their requirements.
  • They will address queries related to course content, schedules, and certifications professionally.
  • Building rapport and establishing trust with prospective students is crucial.
Sales Target Achievement
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly enrollment targets set by management is key to success.
  • The successful candidate will identify innovative strategies to increase enrollments and conversion rates.
Collaboration
  • Working closely with the marketing team to leverage ongoing promotional campaigns is essential.
  • Coordination with the operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process for students is necessary.
Reporting
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports on lead status, enrollment figures, and sales performance is required.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (experience in education or training sectors is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
