Job Description

Rajoo Engineers Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business in assigned regions, enhancing brand image and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Retain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence through internet, mail, telephonic communication, and personal visits, and prepare comprehensive reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with customers and co-ordinate with service department for all after-sale-service requirements of customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the polymer industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹600,000 - ₹800,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
