AIDEN AI PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Testing Strategist to lead our performance testing efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web applications, databases, and network architecture and their performance implications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute performance test scenarios based on business requirements, ensuring they cover a wide range of real-world usage patterns.
  • Use tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or other performance testing tools to simulate load and stress testing.
  • Coordinate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and work on optimizations.
  • Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and generate detailed reports with clear recommendations.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization for database, servers, and network systems to ensure the application scales effectively under load.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on best practices for performance testing.
  • Create and manage performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics like response time, throughput, and resource utilization during test execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance testing, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with automated performance testing scripts (e.g., scripting in LoadRunner, JMeter, or other tools).
  • Solid understanding of web applications, databases, and network architecture and their performance implications.
  • Experience in performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar.
  • Knowledge of performance testing in different environments (e.g., cloud, on-premise, hybrid).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting complex performance test results.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (depending on location and experience)
