Operational Management:

  • Ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
  • Increase hotel market share in the market.
  • Contribute to increase in business volume.
  • Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals, and periodically take necessary corrective action.
  • Contribute to increase in business volume.

People Management:

  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of AccorHotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
  • Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure attendance to guest complaints, requests, or inquiries regarding beverages and services.

Financial Management:

  • Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor to prepare and submit all necessary information for budgeting in a timely and accurate manner.
