- Determine effective and productive sales programs to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to ensure maximum cooperation and productivity.
- Update and upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by AccorHotel.
- Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets and prepare and conduct sales presentations in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Ensure achievement of objectives established in the organization's strategic plan.
- Bring any matters affecting the interests of AccorHotel to the attention of management.
Operational Management:
- Ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
- Increase hotel market share in the market.
- Contribute to increase in business volume.
- Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goals, and periodically take necessary corrective action.
- Contribute to increase in business volume.
People Management:
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of AccorHotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
- Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure attendance to guest complaints, requests, or inquiries regarding beverages and services.
Financial Management:
- Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor to prepare and submit all necessary information for budgeting in a timely and accurate manner.
