Digital Transformation Solutions Architect

The role of Digital Transformation Solutions Architect is a pivotal position within the organization, reporting directly to the Enterprise Architect Director. This highly skilled professional will be responsible for creating solution architectures for systems and platforms that ensure all relevant options are explored for time, cost, and compliance to the company's standards, policies, and practices while meeting the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and recommends solution design options based on requirements and the standards, patterns, and procedures of the company.
- Creates detailed solution design documentation including input into the company's standard reference models.
- Ensures compliance with all governance and due diligence applicable to the solution.
- Provides oversight and quality control for solutions created by lesser-experienced Solution Architects.
- Promotes the design and configuration of Global Workfront instance, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Led technical discussions and produces documentation for Workfront configurations and integrations that enhance end-to-end integrations.
- Provides Workfront solutions aligning with the Business Operations strategy & Roadmaps.
- Identifies opportunities to increase business operations teams' satisfaction and improve business and operational efficiency via Workfront technology solutions.
- Closes out and transitions projects appropriately.
- Owns, develops, and maintains documentation repositories and keeps them up to date in a timely manner.
- Solves technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions.
- Identifies project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PM's.
- Reviews, analyzes, and challenges requirements during discovery and design sessions.
- Responds to gaps or needs within scope, ensuring business satisfaction.
- Aligns with Global Central teams to ensure the solutions advised in regions align with Global solutions and follow the change management process.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workfront configurations and customizations. Key skills and qualifications include:

- Workfront Domain Knowledge
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot system issues
- Outstanding communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience leading IT Teams
- Strong understanding of Agile/Lean principles
Detailed knowledge of Salesforce and D365 is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be able to handle business issues (internal and external) and suggest resolutions, possess excellent presentation skills, both written and oral, and have experience working within a large, global organization.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
