Acrotrend is a hands-on customer insight and analytics consultancy trusted by leading brands such as RX, GSK, The Economist, Informa, Nuffield Health, Cancer Research UK, Sky, Disney and others to help acquire more customers, retain them and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).

Acrotrend works across the whole end-to-end customer journey to diagnose why customers are churning and devise a bespoke roadmap to deliver predictive visibility and actionable insights using best-in-class technologies for Data Engineering and AI to retain them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to help our clients improve their business decisions and actions.
  2. Analyse complex business and data questions, extracting actionable insights from data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  3. Design and develop data models, KPI standardisations, and visualisations to support business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Collaborate with our Technology and Delivery teams to build proof of concepts, demos, and working propositions to take to market, participating in pre-sales activities including proposal workshops, Statement of Work (SoW) and presentations to clients.
  5. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively managing the Business Analysis team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
  6. Help our clients understand and interpret customer behavioural trends and recommend actions to overcome their business problems.
