  • Concierto: A fully automated platform to Migrate, Manage, and Maximize the multi & hybrid cloud. A zero code and SaaS platform, Concierto allows teams to migrate to AWS, Azure, and GCP and manage them efficiently from a single pane of glass.
  • Avrio is a Data to AI SaaS platform designed to drive data-led transformation at lightning speed. Through conversational AI, organizations seamlessly engage with all their data, unlocking real-time insights, and uncovering hidden opportunities and risks—all within one powerful platform.
  • Pulse: Recognizing that workforces will be distributed, mobile, and fluid, Trianz has built a 'future of work' digital workplace platform called Pulse.

Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success, and recognition. Some of Trianz' built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building/supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms. Most recently, Trianz and AWS have signed a strategic collaboration agreement within which the two companies will work on joint roadmaps/solutions for the cloud; AWS will buy Trianz | Concierto in bulk for AWS partners to use for migrations; AWS will also recommend Concierto to their MSPs and finally, AWS Professional Services and Trianz have signed an agreement for joint solutioning and customer delivery.

Given this, Trianz is experiencing significant demand for its SW platforms and consequent growth. To support this growth, Trianz has raised private equity capital to scale the company over the next several years.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategy and execution-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is a great leader and coach. This person should have experience at high-growth B2B tech companies and own all areas of B2B tech marketing, including but not limited to: Product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing, marketing analytics, and events.

The CMO is responsible for the company's core marketing strategy and shares the responsibility to drive growth. As a member of our Executive team reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO must conceptualize, develop, and propagate a 'hybrid Digital Transformation Software & Services' brand identity.

This includes positioning Trianz as an innovative, tech-driven force that accelerates digital transformations. The ideal candidate should leverage analytics and AI to develop and execute overall marketing vision/strategy aligned with short- and long-term objectives for our services and platforms BU's.

The CMO will drive digital marketing initiatives geared towards growth, brand recall, and TOMA, mapping growth channels, including existing clients, new logos, and strategic partnerships with industry giants like AWS, Azure, Google, as well as SI's/MSPs.

Overseeing marketing budgets, strategically allocating resources, and optimizing expenditures to attain maximum return on investment (ROI) is also a key responsibility. Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.

The CMO will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
