About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior.NET Developer to lead the transition of a key product from another team. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the original team in ongoing development, feature enhancements, and support efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the transition of the product from the existing team, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer on the codebase, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the current team on development activities, including adding new features, improving performance, and ensuring code quality.
  • Take charge of support efforts, resolving client incidents and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the product.
  • Build and lead a new team of developers, mentoring and guiding them in best practices and helping them grow professionally.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define priorities and align the development roadmap with business goals.
  • Contribute to long-term architectural decisions and strategic planning for the product's future enhancements.
  • Continuously optimize code and infrastructure, ensuring the product is secure, scalable, and efficient.
  • Develop and document best practices, processes, and guidelines for both incident management and ongoing development.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineering managers, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of new features and incident resolutions.
