Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We seek a skilled technical professional to implement, configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Talent Management.
  2. Create cloud reports, email and FTP bursting and OTBI dashboards tailored to client requirements.
  3. Work on integration using OIC services or other integration tools.
  4. Expertise in data migration through FBDI templates.
  5. Proficient in data loading/conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders.
  6. Hands-on experience on VBCS, PCS/OPA and support functional customization involving JavaScript and CSS styles.
  7. Experience in Fast Formula especially on Payroll module is essential.
  8. Good experience in advanced workflow configurations and customization.
  9. Experience in SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  10. Proficient in writing and debugging Expression Language (EL) expressions used in Oracle Fusion HCM for dynamic UI behavior, validations and conditional logic.
  11. Technical hands-on experience working on full implementation lifecycles of at least 2+ Fusion projects is mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on experience on Fast formula, HDL extract, HCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of HCM core & Payroll business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, customize Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Talent Management modules, create cloud reports, email and FTP bursting and OTBI dashboards tailored to client requirements.

Essential Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM, strong understanding of HCM core & Payroll business processes and best practices, excellent communication and documentation skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
