We are seeking an experienced Chief Compensation Officer to oversee employee rewards for our client.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bokaro Steel City

Estimated Salary: ₹1.5 million - ₹2.5 million per annum

Experience: 10-16 years

Notice Period: 30 days

Preferred Candidates: Female applicants only

About the Role

As Chief Compensation Officer, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing HR policies related to compensation and benefits.

You will execute annual performance appraisals, bonuses, productivity-linked incentives, and industry benchmark benefits as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compensation and rewards strategies for employees
  • Prepare HR budget and manpower costs based on annual business plans
  • Perform salary reviews using market and sector benchmarks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with SAP and knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and grades.

Familiarity with different types of benefits and incentives is also essential.

You should possess strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills, along with an MBA or PGDBM full-time qualification.
