Role Overview
As the Sales Manager for our Wholesale Team, you will spearhead efforts to drive significant revenue growth from our key wholesale accounts. This role is central to strengthening our supply chain, optimizing price efficiency, and exploring new product lines and markets. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and Achieve: Manage and inspire the wholesale sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Provide strategic direction and motivate your team to perform at their best.
2. Demand Management: Oversee the demand funnel, ensuring alignment between market needs and supply capabilities. Monitor and manage the entire sales cycle from demand generation to fulfillment maximizing revenue and driving business expansion.
3. Team Development: Act as a coach and mentor, providing guidance and training to team members. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
4. Stakeholder Management: Excel in managing multiple stakeholders, including key accounts and internal teams. Maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless communication.
5. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance data and make accurate forecasts to drive strategic decision-making. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve team performance.
