What We Are Looking For
Job Title: Jira Administration Specialist
Experience Range: 5-8 Years
Location: Major Indian Cities
Must-Have:
- Proven experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the latest version of JIRA IT Service Management tool.
- Expertise in implementing and configuring JIRA IT Service Management/CMDB, including workflows based on ITIL standards.
- Familiarity with on-premises/cloud service architecture, database structure, and frameworks.
- Ability to migrate content during equivalent upgrades.
- Proficiency in customizing the tool, such as API calls and custom field mappings.
- Experience in defining, compiling, and customizing reporting metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to support inquiries with urgency.
Good-to-Have:
- Adherence to defined processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support JIRA IT Service Management configuration according to ITIL standards.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for JIRA IT Service Management.
- Assess and implement new customized requirements as needed.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for JIRA IT Service Management.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives for Enterprise JIRA IT Service Management.
- Act as the technical support resource for JIRA IT Service Management.
