Job Summary:

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹10,50,000 - ₹14,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical tooling engineering industry
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and improve service delivery
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies and tactics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in technical or industrial sales
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical tooling engineering products and how they are used in various industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
