Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to prospective students regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily interactions with prospective students.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.
  • Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
