Client Support Specialist

Job Summary
Ensono is seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our MMC Operations Level 1 team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all tickets logged into the queue, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients.
- Conduct proactive and reactive incident and event management, reducing the number of repeat issues through root cause analysis.
- Build strong client relationships by becoming a point of contact for clients, working closely with internal departments to mitigate client concerns and resolve incidents.
- Respond to client issues received by telephone, voice mail, email, and via the customer portal, ensuring effective client communications take place.
Requirements
- A basic to intermediate understanding of Infrastructure technologies, including Unix, Microsoft Windows Server, Storage/Backup, and Networking.
- Demonstrable experience of working in an IT infrastructure-focused helpdesk role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
