Commercial Estimator

ECCO Supply is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and estimating team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for commercial grilles, registers, and diffusers, as well as mechanical equipment.

• Take off plans and itemize products and equipment for quoting purposes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with ECCO's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Assist in the success of ECCO's Safety Program
• Project manage successful job tenders
• Order project materials and equipment as required
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Process invoices with correct and accurate pricing
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Assist with customer sales and technical calls
• Promote and secure business from the HVAC industry
• Provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding performance
• Provide competitive pricing on all quotes submitted to clients
• Maintain accurate records of project tender quotations and activity reports
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Participate in annual inventory count
• Assist with trade shows and industry-related associations
