Strategic Sales Leader for Mid-Market Growth

About the Role:
This Sales Manager position will focus on acquiring new business from mid-market clients. As part of our team, you'll have access to top-notch training, industry-leading compensation, and opportunities for advancement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective clients and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet changing market conditions.
- Create consistent activity management, opportunity, and account plans within Salesforce.com.
- Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships.
- Prepare reports and trackers to monitor progress towards sales goals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 4-6 years of sales experience selling service outsourcing/HCM solutions/related software solutions to senior-level executives.
- Strong B2B selling skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and personal grooming skills.
- The ability to connect with CEO/CXO-level executives and articulate the value proposition.
