Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Beanstalkedu Services Pvt Ltd.
This role involves generating sales leads, engaging with clients, demonstrating products, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Lead Generation: Actively generate and pursue sales leads for our range of educational products, including SaaS subscriptions and courses.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with B2B and B2C clients through various channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions to potential clients, tailoring the presentation to their specific needs.
- Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English.
- A competitive salary of ₹800,000 per annum, along with performance-based incentives.
