Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (Noida & Pune)

About the Job: Leading Executive Development

As a Lead trainer, you will work closely with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create customer-specific programs & learning journeys. You will create and deliver flagship leadership development programs, focusing on executive growth and development. This role is exclusively open for Leadership Trainers and is not for L&D Program Managers or Learning Partners.

Job Role: Executive Training Program Lead

This is a senior-level role that requires a Master's degree in business administration/HR/Psychology. Qualification in Instructional Design is preferable. The successful candidate will possess 12-15 years of dedicated Facilitation & Training experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer leadership and managerial development training to senior executives through role-based programs.
  • Assess the success of training programs and workshops through robust effectiveness checks.
  • Support the program manager in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioral and managerial programs.
  • Support other initiatives as necessary, including Women's Leadership Development.
  • Create blended learning programs with micro-learning content and playlists curation.
Skills Required:
  • 12-15 years of dedicated Facilitation & Training experience.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Experience in designing and delivering instructor-led sessions in in-person and virtual formats.
  • Experience in developing e-learning content is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees.
  • Resourceful, analytical, and proactive in approach.
  • Strong trainer presence; ability to research and create quality content.
