Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect - Data Analytics Expert to join our team at Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end cloud-based AI/ML and data analytics solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

About the Role

  • Mentor the team on delivering COE goals and ensure delivery quality.
  • Propose and drive excellence in project delivery through effective scheduling and resource planning.
  • Develop and implement analytical projects to optimize tools and technology, ensuring alignment with organization goals.
  • Educate teams on best practices, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and promoting employee engagement.
  • Lead in the analysis of potential opportunities via customer segmentation, behavior, and product analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing business objectives and initiatives to ensure alignment with organization goals.
  • Collaborating with senior management to provide recommendations on product and program initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing evaluation metrics and models to analyze business performance and areas of opportunity.
  • Leading the development and implementation of training techniques to guide teams on modeling approaches and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering, or Ph.D. in Thermal, AI/ML/Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, or Engineering (13+ years of experience).
  • Expertise in Python, AI/ML libraries, ML, DL, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience in developing analytics approaches and solutions.
  • Working experience on MLOps on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
  • Good knowledge of GenAI, LLM project implementation.
