AML Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Technologist to join our team at Covenant Consultants.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technology operational tasks of AXA Group AML team, including Group Compliance List testing and transfer, governance, and other related duties.
• This role requires a strong understanding of AML legislation, insurance, banking, and asset management processes, as well as project management capacities and ability to design, implement, and operate AML monitoring processes.

Main Competencies:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of AML operational and technology experience, preferably in insurance or banking, although asset management experience will also be considered.

• Knowledge of AML legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
• Project management capacities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to design, implement, and operate AML monitoring processes, including data quality reviews and scenario validation.

• Demonstrated high reliability, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Professional certifications, such as ACAMS or CAMS, are highly desirable.
