Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled AML Technologist to join our team at Covenant Consultants.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technology operational tasks of AXA Group AML team, including Group Compliance List testing and transfer, governance, and other related duties.
- This role requires a strong understanding of AML legislation, insurance, banking, and asset management processes, as well as project management capacities and ability to design, implement, and operate AML monitoring processes.
Main Competencies:
Background and Experience:- A minimum of 3-5 years of AML operational and technology experience, preferably in insurance or banking, although asset management experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of AML legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Project management capacities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to design, implement, and operate AML monitoring processes, including data quality reviews and scenario validation.
- Demonstrated high reliability, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
