Job Summary

The Edge Partnership seeks a seasoned Financial Reporting Lead to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate accounting and preparation of all trading income within the team.

About The Role

In this role, you will oversee the accurate accounting and preparation of all trading income within the team, including fee income, performance-related fees, trail commissions, and rebates. You will also ensure timely client invoicing and cash collection, as well as recharge funds and perform cash collection on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately account and prepare all trading income within the team.
  • Ensure timely client invoicing and cash collection.
  • Recharge funds and perform cash collection on a timely basis.
  • Maintain a fit-for-purpose control environment and ensure all client control requirements are met.
  • Support the external audit process for areas of responsibility.
  • Develop proficiency in Revport, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess working knowledge of SUN, Oracle, PowerBI, and Tagetik (an advantage).
  • Demonstrate experience with SQL (an advantage).

Requirements

  • An accountancy qualification (e.g., CA, ACA, ACCA) with significant post-qualified experience.
  • 13+ years of experience.
  • Experience managing revenue and client billing in a large, complex, and international asset management company.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
