Business Development Manager for DG Sets

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts for DG Gensets and SRT Projects. As a key member of the Hire Xpert team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for DG Gensets and SRT Projects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Hire Xpert's offerings.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in the DG or Capital Goods/Equipment industry.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
