Drive Business Excellence as a Lead Business Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Lead Business Strategist to spearhead business initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements, solutions, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables align with organizational objectives and BA best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and high-level requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and QA teams.
  • Support non-functional requirements definition (performance, security, accessibility).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of BA experience (3 years in leadership).
  • Strong Agile, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation tools.
