Strategic Business Development Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and open dialogue.
- Design and implement customized propositions for customers based on important dates such as birthdays and term renewals.
- Perform annual protection review calls to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Campaign calling involves executing segmented product-based campaigns, including GLIP, SWP, FWP, and other initiatives.
- Process customer accounts, manage documents, and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Possess certifications in financial markets, such as AMFI or CFP, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in selling multiple financial products to affluent and HNI customers.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as interpersonal skills, customer centricity, and experience in sales verticals dealing with HNI customers.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹15,00,000 per annum, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
