Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead the development of 90-day growth roadmaps, including revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.
  • Design and implement viral campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments.
  • Optimize performance-driven funnels from social media to landing pages to conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid and organic integration, be analytical and creative in equal measure, and have excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills.

Experience in team building and agency management is also desirable. A passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category is essential.
