Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Team Lead (Data Migration), you will wear two hats – Individual Contributor (IC) and Team Leader. You will leverage your technical expertise in data migration, project management, and communication to plan, execute, and test complex migrations from BoardDocs to the Community platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Plan, execute, and test data migrations, ensuring data security, compliance, and minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze and map data, identifying potential issues and ensuring a smooth transfer from source to target system.
