VidPro Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role

This lead-level position involves playing a key leadership role in driving business growth and development. Key responsibilities include:

  • RFP Solutions: Developing bid management strategies, defining problem statements, and creating solution stories.
  • New Account Opening Enablement: Supporting account mining/growth hacking strategies, new account opening, sales and pre-sales collateral repository development and management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including written, storytelling, business presentations, and convincing articulation. They should also have some background in project and/or program management, with a sound understanding of Agile engineering frameworks, product engineering delivery models, and engagement pricing models.

A technical background earlier in their career is essential, with the ability to think like a lead engineer or architect when needed. Some experience as a business analyst is also desirable, with demonstrable skills in requirements analysis and engineering. Past experience in a client-facing role as a relationship manager or account manager is preferred.

We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of tasks and activities within their area of responsibility, work well under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring junior team members, are also essential.
