Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Associate to join our team at Hudson's Bay Company. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for processing weekly and semimonthly payroll, including pay adjustments and validations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and semimonthly payroll, including pay adjustments and validations.
  • Address employee queries and requests related to pay calculations and adjustments.
  • Process W2 year-end activity.
  • Perform pre and post payroll audits and reconciliations.
  • Manage escalations.
  • Work closely with payroll partners, including benefits, terminations, and HR teams.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in finance and commerce.
