About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager for Construction. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our construction solutions and drive business growth.



Your Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans that align with our business objectives and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and monitor key performance metrics to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience strategies that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Operational management of digital marketing platforms, including content creation, functionality, and analytics.
  • Coordinate fairs and exhibitions, maintaining an overview of company presence and post-event analysis to assess success.
  • Lead process to update existing marketing materials, manage stock of brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in a B2B company or agency.
  • Total Experience: 8+ Years.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree with a focus on Marketing & Communication or equivalent proved working experience.
  • Native-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
