Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive & Online Bidder to join our team at Quintus Tech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating new business from various Bidding Portals and will be responsible for Proposal Writing, Follow Up, Requirement Gathering, Project Coordination, and Link Between the Development Team & Client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Handling - Manage and maintain relationships with Indian and International clients.
- Proposal Writing - Create high-quality proposals that meet client requirements.
- Marketing Skills - Reach out and generate new business opportunities for a wide range of digital marketing services.
- Bidding - Work on various bidding platforms like Elance, Odesk, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and others.
- Social Media - Utilize social media to generate sales leads.
- Meeting Deadlines - Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet sales targets.
- Competitor Tracking - Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to improve our services.
- Management Skills - Manage and mentor business development executives.
- Client Relations - Ensure client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.

- Disciplined and target-oriented individual.
- Passion for sales and relationship building.
- Prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
- Leadership skills to lead initiatives, problem-solving, and team handling.
- Positive attitude, progressive thoughts, and loyalty to the company.

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Exceptional interpersonal and Time Management skills.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and bidding platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
