System Support for EDI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support third-party vendor integrations with EDI
  • Execute server restarts and verify Gentran operation
  • Collaborate with Windows Admins for software installation and updates
  • Coordinate testing across EDI pre-prod ecosystem: Gentran, MuleSoft, SAP, Oracle
  • Maintain Disaster Recovery protocols, compliance, and testing support
  • Conversant in X12 Specification: 810, 812, 850, 832, 855, 865, 996, 997
  • Onboard new trading partners, VANs, 3PLs with precise research and document resolution
  • Monitor Process Control for long running jobs and Mailbox communications for failed connections
  • Monitor Alerts generated by EDI applications: Gentran, MuleSoft, SAP

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in EDI
  • Exp in Gentran, MuleSoft, SAP, Oracle
