AI Solutions Architect

At our company, we are seeking a seasoned AI solutions architect to lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. This individual will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML development and architecture, with a proven track record of integrating AI APIs and deploying GenAI-driven features into production. They will also have strong expertise in NLP workflows, including document ingestion, entity extraction, summarization, sentiment analysis, and AI orchestration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Lead the integration of existing AI APIs and manage model lifecycles.
  • Guide data teams on data requirements for AI and ensure data is AI-ready.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure AI feature impact.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-12 years of total experience in tech, with at least 3 years hands-on in AI/ML development and architecture.
  • Proven track record integrating AI APIs and deploying GenAI-driven features into production.
  • Strong expertise in NLP workflows, including document ingestion, entity extraction, summarization, sentiment analysis, and AI orchestration.
  • Hands-on coding ability (Python strongly preferred for AI, familiarity with JS/TS for integration a plus).
  • Understanding of data requirements for AI and ability to guide data teams on schema and storage decisions.
  • Experience with model lifecycle management – evaluation, bias checking, retraining.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
