Qualifications:
  • In-depth ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Scripting Proficiency: Expertise in JavaScript and Jelly scripting for developing and automating workflows
  • Custom Application Development: Proven experience in developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows within ServiceNow
  • Integration Experience: Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Servers
  • Best Practices: Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow best practices and their implementation
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead projects and collaborate with teams
  • SME in ITSM & ITOM: Subject Matter Expert in ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) applications
  • SME in HRSD & CSM: Subject Matter Expert in HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management) applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with additional scripting languages and frameworks
  • Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or Application Development
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies
