Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent documentation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Ability to prepare business solutions and functional specification documents.
  • Defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring they meet the definition of done.
  • Skillset to distill complex processes into clear workflow diagrams and/or user interface wireframes.
  • Ability to think outside the box and innovate.
  • Comfortable challenging the ideas of others.
  • Understanding of the entire product management lifecycle.
  • Ability to assess scope of improvement and optimize value of work performed by development teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word.

Should-Have Skills:

  • Excellent technical writing skills, capable of producing high-quality documents.
  • Substantial experience owning and proactively managing product backlogs.
  • Exposure to SDLC methodologies, agile (Scrum) preferred.
  • Knowledge of an agile management tool, e.g., JIRA, a benefit.
