As a Lead Consultant _Oracle Project Accounting, you will be a key player in our Finance and Accounting team. Your primary responsibility will be to perform Oracle Project Accounting, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) setups, and define new business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define new business requirements and provide gap analysis to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
  • Liaise with the business team to deliver CEMLI components and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop strong communication skills (written and verbal) with Business and IT personnel to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide functional validation and support, as well as end-user training to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Demonstrate a broad range of competencies involving relevant modules and interactions between modules (e.g., PA to Accounts payables (AP)).
  • Assess the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes, showcasing good business judgment.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • CA, MBA, or equivalent with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting.

Preferred qualifications/ skills:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud in Finance modules is critical.
  • Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support.
  • Good knowledge on Oracle Financial Modules AP, AR, GL, OCM.
  • Should have expertise and experience on Oracle Project Accounting Module.
  • Accounting background and experience a plus.
  • Subscription Billing.
  • Experience working with and integrating with third-party applications.
