As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing coaching and recommendations to ensure the success of our Selling Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholder groups, businesses, and leaders to address systemic problems and ensure their resolution.
- Create and communicate Selling Partner Anecdote and escalation summaries to executives and senior leaders for Anecdotes flashes and business review updates.
- Deep dive repeat issues for individual selling partners and provide coaching and recommendations for improved success on the platform.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and obstacles with current Marketplace processes, initiatives, and system issues affecting Selling Partners, providing recommendations for corrective action to business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
