High-Level Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive High-Level Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our CEO. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily schedule, organizing meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with team members and clients.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills. You will be expected to research various topics to support content creation projects, proficiently use Google Suite tools, and manage the CEO's email correspondence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize the CEO's daily schedule and coordinate meetings with team members and clients
- Conduct research to support content creation projects
- Utilize Google Suite tools effectively, including Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Manage the CEO's email correspondence and prioritize responses
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proactive attitude. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred but not required.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
