Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer to join our team at TechYantram Solutions LLC. As a UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective user interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Frontend Components: Develop and implement frontend components using modern web technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Create Responsive Designs: Create responsive and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications, taking into account cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards.
  • Optimize Applications: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring that our digital products perform optimally.
  • Conduct UI/UX Research: Conduct UI/UX research and make recommendations for improvements, staying up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in UI development.
  • Ensure Technical Feasibility: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, working closely with the development team to implement designs.
  • Debug and Troubleshoot: Debug and troubleshoot UI issues across various browsers and devices, ensuring that our digital products are bug-free.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing landing pages and digital assets, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback, ensuring that our codebase is of the highest quality.
  • Document UI Guidelines: Document UI guidelines and best practices, ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of our design principles.
  • Work with Product Managers: Work closely with product managers to understand and implement requirements, ensuring that our digital products meet the needs of our users.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, ensuring that our team is always learning and growing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a UI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous UI/UX design projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in frontend development languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with demonstrated expertise in responsive design and modern UI frameworks.
  • UI/UX Design Principles: Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices, with a strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Testing and Debugging Tools: Experience with testing and debugging tools, with the ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
  • SEO Principles: Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques, with the ability to apply them to our digital products.
  • Backend Programming Languages: Understanding of backend programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to work with them to implement designs.
  • Certifications: Certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are advantageous, but not required.
