About This Role
  • We're seeking a collaborative individual to source and develop components in mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, or electric vehicle sectors.
  • This role involves working on high-integrity designs while optimizing cost, manufacturability, and performance for structural or mechanical assemblies.
  • You'll be responsible for designing and developing automotive interiors or accessories, wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
Main Responsibilities
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
  • Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
