Financial Operations Coordinator

At Voyon Technology Pvt Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide support in the day-to-day operations of our finance and administration departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring using financial software.
  • Track payables and receivables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with financial software tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 1+ years in a similar role.
