STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited is a leading global provider of connectivity solutions. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Secretarial Operations Manager - Compliance and Governance.
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Company Secretary with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company, preferably with exposure to subsidiary management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory filings, quarterly compliances, and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage statutory filings and quarterly compliances with ROC, RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, FEMA, and Listing Regulations.
- Prepare detailed agendas and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
- Ensure secretarial compliance management for domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
- Manage compliance tool and related reporting.
- Assist in preparing the Annual Report.
- Support M&A and restructuring activities.
- Provide timely support to business teams with documents and authorizations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills (verbal and written), knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and Rules made thereunder. They should also possess command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) and be able to interact effectively at all organization levels.
Qualifications and Experience
A qualified Company Secretary (CS) with LLB would be an added advantage. The candidate should have 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company with exposure to subsidiary management.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this role is ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
