Finance Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. Your main role will be to create high-quality training content for various finance training programs.

Your job will be to ensure that content for these programs meets quality standards, follows industry trends, and meets the specific needs of clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content for Financial & Business Skills programs.
  • Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain and update the repository of created content.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content.
  • Review content created by other team members and freelance developers.
  • Support the design and creation of client proposals and training outlines.
  • Coordinate with designers to format content in required templates.
Product, Client, and Trainer Support:
  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support activities through proper and timely communication of issues to relevant parties.
  • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for assigned trainings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Certification in one of the following – MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
